Laser tattoo removal for Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) involves using specialized lasers to break down the pigment particles implanted in the scalp. Typically, the laser removal process will entail a test patch then a 3 week gap before a full laser removal session can take place. If more laser removal sessions are required they would be spaced out 4-6 weeks apart.
If the plan is to add SMP back onto the removal area then another 4-6 weeks is advised before we can apply the SMP and guarantee it will hold.

Laser removal is usually a clients last resort to achieve the desired results from their SMP.
